How long will it take to receive my custom order?
Since every piece is custom-made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for custom apparel?
Because our items are custom-printed for each customer, we only accept returns if the product is defective or if there was an error in the printing process. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to resolve any issues.
What kind of materials do you use for your clothing?
We use premium, high-density cotton blends and high-quality synthetic fibers for our performance gear to ensure durability and comfort whether you are at a car meet or in the garage.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, BTR Car Customs ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
How should I wash my BTR custom gear?
To preserve the life of the custom graphics, we recommend washing your garments inside out in cold water and hanging them to air dry. Avoid ironing directly on the printed designs.
Can I request a custom design for my specific car model?
Absolutely! If you don't see your car in our current collection, use our 'Custom Request' form to work with our design team on a personalized piece.
