At BTR Car Customs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your automotive-inspired apparel. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping bag if possible.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
